(I don't make tall claims easily. I'll prove to you this isn't clickbait)
Sales is all about understanding the psychology of your customer, identifying their need, having a conversation with them and convincing them that buying your product is the best possible solution for them.
Now you can choose to be sleazy/ pushy as a salesperson, or just make sure your sales pitch answers the following 10 questions for the prospects, even before you start presenting your offer
1. What (exact) problem of your customer's life will be solved, through this purchase?
2. Why should the customer care about solving this problem ASAP?
3. Why should the customer choose your brand? (What gives you the authority to sell?)
4. What is the long-term impact of change (after the purchase) and what is the impact of no change?
5. Why are available alternatives not good enough?
6. What’s the proof that your product/ service/option will definitely solve the problem?
7. What if the problem doesn’t get solved?
8. What are the advantages if the customer makes the purchase today?
9. What are the additional benefits that the customer gets if they make the purchase today?
10. Who else has benefitted from your solutions in the past?
Read the list of questions again and think carefully.
As a customer, don't you look for answers of all of these questions before making any purchase?
It's time to reverse the roles. Think like your customer. Answer these questions for them and see how they end up easing to the idea of making the purchase.
