Doing something unique is not a new idea, it’s the most fundamental factor of success.
However, what you need a lot more than just being unique is access to an ever replenishing source of strength.
Something that you can tap into on will, and find the energy to continue working when your career/ business is going through a rough patch. Especially when your career/ business is going through a rough patch.
The only way people manage to unlock an endless source of success is when they find something that they love doing from the bottom of their heart.
I know, even this may seem fundamental, but “do something you love” is a bridge to the real context of the note.
How do you identify if someone is doing something they absolutely love?
Simple! You will find relentless consistency in their efforts, output, and the amount of work they get done.
Think about this. Only when you love what you do, and are bringing something unique to the table, will you be appreciated by your team, the customers and the market at large.
Show me one person who has managed to win accolades by doing the exact same thing, in any industry, and while operating in an area/ locality in a competitive landscape?
Consistent effort/ content/ results is the only measure to gauge if someone is on the right path of growth, progress and exponential success down the road.
Trouble is, finding these mavericks is just as easy as finding a needle in a haystack.

Every human holds the potential of being the needle in the haystack. Trouble is a large population of us humans are unfortunately in the wrong haystack.
