No personal brand today = No sales tomorrow
It’s going to be impossible to drive sales in the future unless you start building your personal brand today.
The consumer has changed
People no longer buy just because it’s a good deal/ the product looks great/ the website is beautiful.
Today’s consumers are not buying a product, they’re buying a story, they’re buying identity.
The brand is now personal
Let’s take an example:
Someone buys a pair of sneakers.
They don’t say:
“I loved the sole cushioning” / “The laces are so durable” / “The material is breathable”
They simply say:
“It’s XYZ brand.”
And that’s it.
Because people already associate that brand with a person, a celebrity, a content creator, or the founder’s story.
The brand becomes a statement.
A part of the buyer’s personality.
Here's the hard truth
If your audience doesn't know you, they’ll never buy from you.
If you don’t build a personal brand you won’t stand out, you won’t be remembered, you won’t be trusted, and you won’t sell.
The time to build a business brand was yesterday. Today, it's time to build your personal brand along side your business and your business' brand.
Start showing up.
Start sharing your story.
Start building your visibility and credibility.
In a world full of brands, people still trust people, and your personal brand is your unfair advantage.
