Here's the golden rule:
Start by solving one specific problem for a particular target audience.
That’s it. No fluff. No distractions.
Step-by-Step growth that makes sense
Here’s how real growth unfolds:
Step 01 - Solve a clear problem for a well-defined target audience.
Step 02 - Create a solution that works — something that people can use, feel, and benefit from.
Step 03 - Sell that solution to your small, focused audience — and get proof of results.
Step 04 - Identify the next problem they face. Build a new solution for that problem.
Step 05 - Sell both solutions to the same audience. Start expanding.
What this leads to (eventually)
With time, and depending on how well you execute, manage, and scale your business, it will:
- Have multiple offers
- Solve multiple problems
- Serve multiple audience avatars, and
- Build a real empire
But it all starts with a single win.
One problem. One person. One successful sale.
