What Is The Connection Between Manifestation And Spirituality?
How practicing the law of attraction introduced me to the world of spirituality
When I tell people that I discovered spirituality through the law of attraction, I often get confused (and sometimes even judgmental) looks.
Hence, this is my attempt to explain what's the connection between manifestation and spirituality.
When you get serious about your manifestation practice, you will be introduced to a few tools which help you introspect and spend a lot of time with yourself.
Some of these tools are:
01. Journaling: When you journal, you focus on expressing your emotions and understanding your emotional challenges.
02. Affirmations: Affirmations in simple terms are positive statements that help you boost your confidence, realign you towards your goals and helps you stay focused in the process.
03. Gratitude: One of the most underrated aspects of the law of attraction is gratitude. When you practice gratitude, you realise that you're blessed with so many gifts and rewards from the universe, bit more often than not, we tend to focus on what's missing. Over time, this becomes the core reason of our overthinking, comparison, feeling under-confident, lack of self-worth, etc.
There are many other practices like visualisation, scripting, manifestation journaling, etc. I'll be happy to answer any questions about these or maybe I will post about this in the future, so make sure you're subscribed/ connected to my content.
When I started practicing these tools, I managed to identify the following mistakes in my approach:
01. I was trying to control too many things (which are not in my control),
02. I was not being mindful
03. I was living a life in an endless loop of FOMO
04. My restlessness was starting to turn into full blown anxiety, and a lot more.
The intensity of all of the aforementioned challenges came through the exercises mentioned, but the solution led me towards understanding the importance of "letting go and live as if", having faith in the Universe, and most importantly in acceptance of the fact that I'm only capable of showing up and doing things that I'm responsible for.
The outcome is not in my control.
When I stopped focusing on the outcome, put all my energies towards my responsibilities and let my faith lead the way, I discovered the importance of spirituality in my life.
I'm happy to answer any questions in comments!
Hope this gave you the perspective (or the direction towards the perspective) that you were looking for.
