Revealed: The Most Flawless Way to Deal with Under Confidence
Technically, it’s easier than you think
We are living a life when many (if not most) are stuck in a very sticky situation.
More often than not, we find ourselves comparing ourselves to others.
And this comparison gets projected in a very nasty way.
It makes us feel insignificant, not good enough and it has a very strong (and negative impact) on our self-confidence.
Lack of confidence is a rather underreported challenge in the mindset of the people in the society today.
It’s so easy to find potential content creators, people who are gifted with immense talent, potential who fail to bring their talent to the world, because they’re just stuck in their mind convincing themself that they’re not good enough.
And this is not just with content creation. Look around you and you will find people who feel uncomfortable speaking their mind in a business meeting.
A friend who used to be really expressive who’s now become a recluse/ an extremely private person.
The world is already witnessing a sharp rise in mental health cases and the sooner we take the onus of self-regulating our emotions, the better our situation will turn out to be.
Do you face this situation of under confidence in your life?
I know it’s probably a personal question to ask, but you don’t have to share details, but it would be really helpful, if you feel comfortable to share what aspect of your life do you feel/ used to feel severe levels of under-confidence?

The idea of this note is to bring to your notice a simple, yet an extremely effective way to deal with under confidence.
Next time you feel you're not good enough to achieve something you desire, or find yourself comparing yourself to someone, remind yourself of the following mantra:
The only way to overcome under confidence is to enter the arena, try, fail, learn, and try again.
It really is the only solution to the situation of feeling “not good enough”
You need to realize that the only reason mavericks win, is because they try, and they keep trying (and improving with every iteration) until they cross the finishing line.
You’re comparing yourself to someone who’s on attempt number 4200, and your effort score is nada.
The only way to change that is to improve your skill is to focus on increasing your attempt count from 0 to 1, 1 to 2, 2 to 3…. You get the picture.
Of course, your attempt 33 is going to be atrocious compared to attempt 4200 of your icon/ mentor, but it will be a mile better from your attempt number 3.
Learning, and progress is exponential when your intentions, clarity of goal and your resilience are in place.
Those are the only 3 factors that matter and make a difference.
And you know what, all three of those factors are entirely in your control and nobody can take away your intentions, your clarity and your resilience.
Save this note in your bookmarks. I hope you never need to revisit it, but if you do, you will know where to find your source of energy to make one more attempt towards getting closer to your end goal.
