How To Get What You Want, When You're Lost and Clueless?
The hack is very easy to execute, but it requires tenacity
We don’t fail because we don’t try. We fail because we don’t try enough.
And once you overcome the fear of failure, you become a force to reckon with.
Don’t believe me, I’ve given you 5 examples below of authors’ whose books have sold in the hundreds of millions across the world, and even they had to face multiple rejections.
The following statistics were found from this site.
J.K. Rowling submitted Harry Potter to 12 publishing houses, all of which rejected it.
18 publishers thought a book about a seagull was ridiculous before Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach was picked up.
William Golding's Lord of the Flies was rejected 20 times before becoming published.
Before reaching print, Frank Herbert's Dune was rejected 20 times.
Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance by Robert Pirsig faced an amazing 121 rejections before becoming beloved by millions of readers.
So, what do you think? Are you putting in enough effort?
Do you have what it takes to face multiple rejections?
Do you have the patience, persistence, to keep trying even if you face a failure 121 times?
Also, let me make it a little tougher for you.
With Artificial Intelligence, penetration of education, the world has become a lot smaller.
Today, you aren’t just competing with your domestic crowd. Today, you’re competing with every candidate across the world.
Add a layer of everyone’s email being available with a few clicks, and every person worth their salt getting bombarded with cold emails/ messages, the game has only become tougher than ever.
I mean imagine this. I get at least 100+ cold DMs + calls + emails a week.
Hence, brace yourself for a lot of competition, a lot of follow up and a lot of rejections.
Find something that you truly desire.
Something that you know is worth every risk, challenge, effort.
Prepare yourself and make yourself worthy to achieve that goal, create a road map, decide your milestones and get going.
Reach out to people on emails, send DMs, get rejected, ask for feedback every time you get rejected, learn from your mistakes, get better.
You never know, the door that actually unlocks the abundance for your life is 2 knocks away.
If you’ve reached till this point of the post, I’m sure you have some sense of understanding what direction of your life you wish to apply this rule of tenacity.
Go for it. If you feel I can be of help, send that DM/ email.

This is really motivating and encouraging for someone to try once more and again, when they find themselves losing it all. Thank you for sharing it!
